I'm Italian, 31, male, and have a job as what you'd call a tax advisor or tax consultant. Name is Valerio. I like beer (but not wine/whiskey); I like to spend my spare time with my friends and family, or alone reading books/watching movies/playing WoW. I am not much of a video-gamer outside of WoW (I blame WoW for this!)

In the evening for weekdays; in the weekend I play at random times, mostly to do AH stuff and spend some time on my alts (which are on Argent Dawn at the moment)

The answer would be yes to all of the above questions. However, I don't think I have ever spoken on vent/mumble - but I don't have a problem doing so if required.

3.  What rotation or prioritisation of abilities do you use, and why?

First rule of Resto Healing is: keep Harmony (resto mastery) up. This is achieved by casting a single-target, non-hot heal at least every ten seconds. When Swiftmend is on CD, usually it's Nourish on the tank; against heroic bosses it will be more often a Regrowth as Nourish heals for very little.
After that, we keep Lifebloom x3 rolling, usually on the tank; Lifebloom is a decent HoT, gives Replenishment (mana regen) and is refreshed by single-target heals on the recipient (not Swiftmend though).
Then, assuming we are not on tank-healing duty (very unlikely on 4.3 HC bosses), we have a few powerful HoTs to heal the raid with: Efflorescence (AOE with a short CD, good to heal grouped-up people), Wild Growth (AOE with a short CD) and Rejuvenation (spammable single-target).
Tranquility is our raid CD: pure healing output, to be used on moments of heavy AOE damage.
Tree of Life is our most versatile tool as it can be used to:
- save mana: Lifebloom can be spammed on the raid for 30 seconds which can lead to multiple instances of free Regrowths/Healing Touches;
- improve our healing output, keep people up when close to death with instant Regrowths.
I use Innervate on myself, trying to maximize its regen according to different fights.

Saurfang EU (PVE server), Base Jumpers Inc, september 2009 - march 2010: a mostly non-raiding guild
Saurfang EU, Carnage Inc, march 2010 - august 2010: my first raiding guild. I left Saurfang to look for a more mature environment.
Argent Dawn EU (RP server), Inner Circle, august 2010 - february 2012. I left to follow my desire to play in a progressive-minded guild and I was ready to server transfer in order to find the right one.
Nordrassil EU (PVE server), Fallen Legion, february 2012: I got a trial with FL but after a few raids decided to try elsewhere, mainly because they seem to need a dps more than a healer. I have left on good terms as with any other guild I've been in.

Please note that Rhayze was actually called "Rayze" on Argent Dawn (Rayze was taken on Nordrassil).

I have been raiding as Rhayze since April 2011; before that, my main was Cymnea - I switched because I was keen on healing and my guild needed a healer more at that time.

I like to play healers different from my main outside of official raids. It gives me a rough idea of strenghts and weaknesses of other healing specs and I think this is important for a raider. Sadly my shaman is only level 56... yet.
